Billing Operator• 3 years’ experience in Telecommunications Business/Functional work experience • Attention to detail and accuracy of work related tasks • Confidentiality of sensitive customer-specific information • Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel and vendor-supported telecom billing and usage mediation software • Working knowledge of SQL • Working knowledge of the IBM iSeries (AS/400) platform • Working knowledge of landline and wireless usage switch data (CIBER, AMA, EMI) usage formats • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively • Proficiency in English written and verbal communication skills • Teachability and full engagement in routine operational work, pleasant interpersonal skills • Ability to work a hybrid 1st (normal business hours) and 2nd shift schedule • Bachelor’s degree in technical, business or management discipline is preferred or equivalent work experience. - Ingeniería Sistemas
