EMPLEO: Customer Service Representative, Santiago

We are seeking positive and enthusiastic candidates for full-time employment for Customer Service Representatives in a fast-paced customer service department. The role of a Customer Service Representative is to handle inbound calls and answer all customer inquiries, book reservations, process payments, sell additional services, assess account discrepancies and assist customers in planning their vacation while maintaining company standards of excellent customer service. Candidates must possess a strong work ethic, and have a team player mentality. Candidates must maintain a high level of professionalism and respectful attitude with all contacts, both internal and external. Successful agents demonstrate a high sense of urgency while remaining enthusiastic, possess good listening skills, and have the ability to ask questions and identify problems.
